The fruit salad itself may be made by combining several different fruits. Those which I prefer are bananas, apples, cherries, píneapple, chunks and according to taste you may like to try adding chopped English peanuts. DRESSING: 2 eggs (Slightly beaten ) - 2/3 cup of sugar - 4 tsp flour (scant) .
Mix the eggs, sugar and flour, and gradually add 1 cup pineapple juice, blending constantly to prevent lumping. Add 4 tablespoon lemon juice. - Put on stove over medium low heat. Bring to a boil or until mixture thickens. Store in refrigerator. This wil keep for sometime.
