Macaroni Cheese Bake

2 cups of macaroni - 1/2 cup butter - 2 tablespoon flour - 1-1/2 cups milk - 1 teaspoon salt - 1/4 teaspoon pepper - 1 cup cheese gratted - Cook macaroni according to the directions, drain and chill in cold water. Melt over low heat and stir in flour. Stir to a smooth paste and then slowly and milk constantly stirring. Add salt and pepper and cook until thickened. Place drained macaroni in a greased bake dish and mix in prepared sauce. Sprinkle top with grated cheese, and dot with two tablespoons of buter and garnish with tomate slices. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 350º oven.
